Swede types - We have over 8 variety of swedes witch have different variations from yellow flesh to white flesh bulbs and different varieties taste better than others.
Variation in yield between varieties is not substantial, the two most palatable varieties seem to have a slightly worse yield.
Normal yields are around 11- 14 tn/kg/dm.
All seed can be treated for protection against insects ie springtail and protection from fungicides ie dampening off disease.

Swede Comments - Disease control amongst varieties mainly dry root and club root differ widley so it is very important to choose wisely. swedes recommended for first crop only as disease resistant not good enough against full disease breakout.
